A Gut Health Reset/Parasite/Fungal Cleanse generally takes place over 2 to 4 weeks - You would need 2 bottles for 2 weeks use. You would need 3 bottles for 4 weeks use of Black Walnut Plus. It is a personal choice as to whether you do for 2 weeks or 4 weeks. 

A Gut Health Reset/Parasite/Fungal Cleanse generally takes place 2X a year, Spring and Fall - but can be done anytime as needed - for instance, after antibiotic use to re-calibrate & repopulate the gut microbiome with friendly healthy flora.

You would also ensure all elimination channels are open & ensure daily drinking of herbal teas - like Tulsi Holy-Basil Tea  OR Anti Candida Tea - 2 to 4 mugs per day - hot or cold and consuming plenty of water, 5 - 6 - 8 ounce glasses per day per adult - & adding Liquid Chlorophyll - (acts as a heavy metal & toxin 'binder') a half a TSP or so to each glass of water for adult / for children 1/4 tsp to 2 servings of water --

Liquid Chlorophyll acts a a heavy metal detoxifier & behaves as a 'binder' during a cleanse. 

Ensuring daily water & herbal hydration consumption  is a must. Also  eat plenty of raw fresh garlic - salads - green leafy veg - fruits - papaya fruit - raw pumpkin seeds daily - fruit and veg juices - or smoothies - reducing refined sugar as much as possible ---- and consuming regular meals daily - but pushing fluids and healthy eating habits.

Gut Health Reset/Fungal Cleanse Diet Changes - stomach acid helps protect you from parasites in food, avoid commercial antacids.  Limit coffee, restrict refined sugar, alcohol, and refined grains.

Include more garlic in your meals. Increase the amount of carrots, sweet potatoes, and squash you eat. These foods are high in beta-carotene, which turns into vitamin A in your body. Vitamin A helps your body resist parasitic worms and larvae. Rebuild "good" bacteria in your gut with probiotic-rich foods such as Apples, Rhubarb and other pectin rich fruits.  Eat foods rich in vitamin C and B vitamins. Avoid raw meat or fish / sushi.

Elimination Systems of bowel, kidneys, lungs, skin:

You should be having at least 1 to 2 bowel movements EVERY day prior, as a normal habit before beginning any parasite cleanse. Not having regular daily bowel movements means you have a slow sluggish bowel & this means this eliminating channel is not fully open or functioning at optimum. This may very likely contribute to increased discomforts experienced while doing a cleanse. There is an old adadge when considering what is normal for daily bowel movements - If 3 trains come into the station daily, THEN 3 trains ought to be leaving the station daily. Meaning: if you eat 3 meals daily, normal bowel function is to have 2 to 3 daily bowel movements. Epsom salt baths - Like Therapeutic Mustard Bath  are nice in the evenings too - for the detoxifying and increasing magnesium serum levels in the body to soothe central nervous system ----- It's can be quite normal to feel a little bloated,  tired, or have very mild flu-like symptoms on a parasite cleanse... ensure you are drinking plenty of fluids to keep the elimination channnels open and so you are well hydrated.
