Ingredients: 

Honeysuckle flower. Orange Peel, Uva Ursi leaf, Senna pod, Marshmallow root, Wild Peppermint Leaf,  Chamomile flower, Rose Buds & Petals, Stevia leaf, Crampbark.

Begin drinking by steeping mildly  taking Nature's Detox Tea in a weak strength to begin with..

Be patient and wait between 6 to 12 hours for it to start working.  You can adjust tea strength to suit your body once you've tried it a time or two.

1/2 to 1 Tsp Nature's Detox Tea to a mug add boiling water in a stainless tea infuser, Cover + steep 5 to 6 mins ~ Drink hot or cold ~ 1 to 2 mugs per day is all that is suggested or a couple of servings a week designed for use weekly if needed to alleviate constipation.  This Formula is not habit forming to the elimination system.

Senna and Birth Control: 

For birth control to be effective, it must be properly absorbed through your small intestinal track to ensure that the necessary hormones travel through your blood stream to regulate your cycle and prevent pregnancy. The use of Senna can pose a danger to this, as it can move matter quickly through your intestinal track, preventing proper absorption from taking place.

The overuse of senna can aggravate this danger.   Meaning..  If you abuse - over - consume -  Senna Teas for weight loss or water loss you can hamper your birth control's ability to work effectively.
