Prostate health is a topic that often goes unspoken, yet it's something that affects millions of men around the world.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland quite common in men over 50, caused by hormonal changes and cell overgrowth.

"Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a nonmalignant enlargement/inflammation of the prostate gland caused by cellular hyperplasia.  It is a very common age-associated disease especially affecting ∼70% of men aged 70 years or over.  BPH can be a bothersome and potentially severe condition. Not only can it lead to lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and diminish patients’ quality of life, but it may also be associated with certain male urological cancers such as prostate cancer and bladder cancer."

Prostate Health Herbal TEA HISTORY

"Herbal teas, particularly those rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Far-East practices, have a long history of use for promoting prostate health, largely focused on reducing inflammation, improving urinary function, and mitigating the risks of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer. The most prominent among these are green tea, nettle, and specialized traditional herbal blends."
