These Electuaries (or herbal honeys) are a delicious and easy way to get the all the benefits of herbalism. They are packed with powdered herbs and with local, unpasteurized honey from our local bee keeper. Herbal Electuaries don't need to be strained but rather left to develop full body and flavor the longer they sit and are used by the spoonful.
 
A Herbal Honey Electuary is custom formulated for you - please allow a week or so for formulation once you order your formula.
 
Take straight or add 1 tsp to a cup of hot water, tea, milk or milk alternative. For those with Turmeric root - best combined with fat as the curcumin in turmeric is fat soluble only - do this by combining with milk or a small amount of coconut oil.  Or take it straight or on a piece of buttered bread.

Meadowsweet is most valued for its benefits in the upper digestive tract, notably in reducing the effects of acid dyspepsia and acid reflux. Meadowsweet works as a true healing agent on the lower eesophagus or gullet where it connects to the stomach and is ideal for reflux problems like hiatal hernia and GERD.
