Cancellation Policy

In person Stillroom Shoppe Visits are by appointment only. Payment method for in-person Stillroom Shoppe purchases is etransfer or cash only. Appointments are pre-BOOKED with Kelly by telephone call 705 652-5005 or email stonehouseholistics@bell.net according to availability on a first come first serve basis for Fridays & Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A $50. reservation fee due upon appointment being confirmed ~ paid by etransfer & accepted here @stonehouseholistics (will applied as a credit to any herbal purchases made during visit) If we cannot match your date for a Stillroom Visit we are happy to offer porchpickup 7 days a week by way of an order placed on our website for a pick up date that suits you best. We also offer shipping everywhere in Canada 5 days a week. Maximum up to 3 clients per appointment time booked (in case you wish to bring a herbally minded friend or family member). Reservation fee non refundable if no-show or appointment cancelled. Appointments are max 1 hour duration.
