Blue Lotus Flower Tea

RECIPE

To make tea, use just 1 TSP Blue Lotus Flower (crumple 1 flower / or equivalent to 1 Tsp into your stillroom tea infuser) per cup/mug to 250 ml or 500 ml of hot water. Pour almost boiling water over the flower parts, cover and allow it to infuse for about 2 to 4 min. Remember, too long of a  steep time makes this floral herb taste bitter, losing the aromatic subtle flavor it provides. Adding honey or lemon to enhances the taste.
